Create thresholds¶

Create per-domain antispam thresholds that would override global antispam thresholds

• URL: https://example.domain.tld/api/v1/antispam/thresholds/domain/<domain>/
• Require authentication: Yes
• Permission level required: MasterAdmin / DomainAdmin
