Install / Recover service

Please read before installation or recovery

A stable and reliable DNS provider is required to get the most out of your service. Do not start installation or recovery tasks if the domain's DNS servers (nameservers) were changed in the last 48 hours.
It is recommended to set TTL for DNS records between 15 to 30 minutes. TTL controls how long a record is cached. The longer the TTL, the more time it will take for any installation or recovery tasks.
Do not put the mailserver behind a proxy. For example, it's fine to use Cloudflare DNS but not Cloudflare proxy. Click here to check if your mailserver hostname is pointed to the correct IP.
Your domain/hostname must not be blocked from acquiring TLS certificates from Let's Encrypt. If your domain/hostname has DNS CAA records, make sure to authorize letsencrypt.org for them.
The install progress percentage can appear to be stuck at times, it could even roll back a few percentages. This is normal. Please be patient and let the installer continue.
